Ms. Mangone holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. She is admitted to the practice of law in the State courts of Arizona, New York (2nd Dept.), Colorado and the District of Columbia and to the U. S. District Courts for the Districts of Arizona and Colorado.    

She is the Founding Member of The Mangone Law Firm, P.C. and was Of Counsel with the Phoenix-based commercial law firm, Engelman Berger, PC, from 2007 to 2012. 

Prior to entering private practice in 2005, Ms. Mangone served as a Senior Enforcement Attorney for the United States Environmental Protection Agency in its Washington, D.C. and Denver, Colorado offices and as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona. In her 30+ years of practice, Ms. Mangone has developed particular expertise in the areas of environmental, municipal and natural resources law, civil litigation and business law and transactions.  Her corporate clients have included  Walgreens, Arizona Bank & Trust, International Aluminum Corporation, Jan Stephenson Wine & Spirits and Dented Brick Distillery.  Ms. Mangone has also provided legal counsel on transactional and civil litigation matters to a number of senior LPGA Tour Professionals, The Marilynn Smith Scholarship Fund and Naismith Basketball Hall of Famer Nancy Lieberman.
